Please feel free to contact me if you are  not happy with your purchase.

Once you have received your goods, you will have 14 days to contact me if you are for any reason unhappy and I will refund your purchase in full, on receipt of the returned goods to me.

Please bear in mind I use natural materials, such as wood, leather, and metal and handcraft items from a small workshop.

Of course this does not affect your statutory rights, and I will endeavour to rectify the issue for you.
